THE INCLUSIVE COLLECTIVE STUDENT LEADER FELLOWSHIP
The IC Student Leader Fellowship is a program providing institutional support and funding to a cohort of six to eight university students for an academic year. Fellows meet monthly to engage in reflection, discussion, integration, and action. Each cohort is led by a mentor and is based on a hybrid model providing both in-person retreats and online gatherings.
The goal of the fellowship is to provide a community of support for students who are committed to exploring their faith while engaging their church, campus and the wider world.
Over the course of an academic year, each student is asked to design and implement a project or action that meets a specific need in their community. These projects are real, relevant, and student led. With the financial support of the IC and the communal support of their peers, pastor, and cohort mentor, students are able to make a real and tangible difference on their campus, in their church, or in their neighborhood.
The Fellowship will award selected students $1,500 over the course of the year for their participation in the program. Additional funds will be available for the implementation of student-led projects.
