We believe God calls us to the work of both service and justice. Service involves meeting a direct need to help alleviate hardship. Justice aims to discover the root causes of social problems (what the Apostle Paul calls “principalities and powers” in Ephesians 6:12), eradicate them, and help construct a new world of equity, peace, and flourishing. Our members are involved in a variety of justice efforts — racial, environmental, disability, and LGBTQ justice to name a few.
